World Bread Company's name was developed because want to improve the nourishment and health across the globe, and additionally because we selected each of our gluten-free grains to originate from every continent in the world (except Australia and Antarctica).  Amaranth from Mexico (North America), Quinoa from Peru (South America), GF Oats from Switzerland (Europe), Teff from Ethiopia (Africa), Buckwheat from the Himalayas (Asia) and Rice from Southeast Asia (Asia).
